Annual Cleaning and Burner Tune-Up Service Covers:
- Vacuum Boiler or furnace, smoke pipe, and base of chimney (where accessible)
- Replace Burner nozzle
- Clean or replace strainer
- Replace oil filter cartridge
- Flush out low water cut-off
- Clean all electrodes
- Oil and grease circulating pump
- Lubricate fan motor
- Oil and grease all moving parts of the burner
- Check and adjust all controls
- Inspect combustion chamber and drain expansion tank
(Oil Nozzle, Pump Strainer, and Oil Filter Included. ALL Other Parts Not Included.)
The annual cleaning performed under this plan will be done during normal business hours. Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
